This Amendment No. 8 to Schedule 13D (this “Amendment”) is filed by the Reporting Persons (as defined below) pursuant to Rule 13d-2(a) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. This Amendment No. 8 to Schedule 13D amends and supplements:
• Schedule 13D, dated April 20, 2000, as amended by Schedule 13D/A (Amendment No. 1), dated December 8, 2003, by Schedule 13D/A (Amendment No. 2), dated November 18, 2008, by Schedule 13D/A (Amendment No. 3), dated February 6, 2009, by Schedule 13D/A (Amendment No. 4), dated September 11, 2009, by Schedule 13D/A (Amendment No. 5), dated December 2, 2009, by Schedule 13D/A (Amendment No. 6), dated October 13, 2010, and by Schedule 13D/A (Amendment No. 7), dated April 22, 2011, in each case as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Item 2. Background and Identity.
The sole director of HLS is (and was on the date of execution and filing of Amendment No. 7 to this Schedule 13D) Cheung Sui Fan. This Amendment is being filed solely to correct the filing of Amendment No. 7 in that regard.
